What is E-Safety?
Ofsted describes e-safety as a school’s ability to protect and educate pupils and staff in their use of technology as well as having appropriate mechanisms in place to intervene and support any incident where appropriate.
We aim to keep our children safe at school and home by providing them with the tools and knowhow to both avoid and also deal effectively with any inappropriate material/experiences that they might come upon in a technology driven world. Raising awareness with both pupils and parents is essential. Take a look at the video below regarding the dangers of social networking sites.
