There will be an opportunity to look at your child’s work in books.
Punctuality Please ensure your children are in school for 8:40am when the school gate closes. Phonics and reading sessions take place at this time of the day… every second counts!
Possible strike action There may be strike action on Tuesday 28th February. All classes will be open for children but formal education may be affected on this day.
Easter Egg Raffle The Easter Egg Raffle will take place on the last day of term. After half term we will be sending out a letter to explain the process. Please donate as many eggs as you can!
PE Uniform Our children look so smart in their purple hoodies and coloured house tops on PE days – please continue to support us with this. If anyone needs any support with uniform please contact Mr Conway/Miss Brady in confidence. On Health and Safety grounds, please also ensure that children do not wear jewellery for PE.
Laudato Si This week the children have listened to three guest speakers who talked about looking after God’s world. Julie Harrison discussed climate change, Pat McBride discussed Cause Foundation and Andy Preston discussed community projects.
Disco Thank you so much to all of the volunteers who helped with the disco last night. We couldn’t offer events like this for the children without the help of the PTA. The children had a wonderful time!
Half term Have a lovely half term and we look forward to welcoming you back Monday 27th February.
