Lunches Please could we politely ask that you inform the office in advance if you would like your child to have school dinners on different days. We need to know numbers at least a week in advance to order the correct amount of food. We would ideally like to know which days your child will have a school lunch each half term. If you have any questions please contact the school office.
Autumn Fayre Please add your name if you would like to volunteer for the Fayre on this Google Form. https://forms.gle/qrMTTBNr52Dnq3rf9 Please also let me know if you are happy to be added to the PTA Whatsapp group by dropping me an email.
We would be really grateful if anyone would be able to offer match funding for the Fayre through their employers. Please speak to the office if you think you could help with this!
Parent Consultation Parent Consultations take place on Wednesday and Thursday 3-6pm. Please arrive at the main entrance and someone will welcome you into the hall where you can see your children’s work while you wait. I will be available both evenings if you would like to discuss anything further. We will also then be sending out a parent questionnaire which we would be so grateful if you could complete for us.
Attendance Please find link to our attendance policy on the website. Please note you may receive a letter regarding your child’s attendance if it drops below 90%. We do understand that a few sessions off will make a big difference to percentage at this stage in the term.
UPKS2 Playing on the field Y4-Y6 will be allowed to play on the field after half term if they have brought suitable footwear to school. These can be kept in the school welly shed. This is on a trial basis.
Aspirations Week We have planned an aspirations week for week beginning January 14th. This will involve (hopefully) lots of people coming into school to discuss their chosen careers with the pupils. Please contact school by completing this Google Form if you would like to take part in this, or know someone who would like to be involved (relatives, friends.. any careers!)

Children In Need Children in Need will take place on Friday 17th November. This year we will ask children to come to school in PJs or comfy clothes (a dress down Friday) Any donations can be made directly to Children in Need via ParentPay or through this link https://app.parentpay.com/ParentPayShop/Foc/Default.aspx?shopid=11541 We will not be collecting cash on the day.
Thank you for your continued support this term, it has been a long one and the children are definitely ready for a rest! We are so proud of each and every one of them. They have all ensured that they are ‘the best they can be’ and and shone like the brightest stars! I hope you have a well earned, restful half term, and look forward to seeing everyone on Monday 6th November for the best half term in school!
Have a wonderful half term,
Miss Brady
